I am a Certified Handwriting Without Tears Specialist, occupational therapist, and assistive technology specialist with a passion for helping individuals of all ages develop essential fine motor skills and effective writing techniques.
I graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy and have gained extensive experience over the last 10 years working in various settings, including schools, rehabilitation centers, and private practice. I specialize in developing personalized therapy plans that cater to each client's unique needs, focusing on enhancing their functional skills and overall independence.
As a certified Handwriting Without Tears specialist, I employ a proven, multi-sensory approach to handwriting instruction and tutoring that makes learning engaging and accessible. I believe in fostering a positive learning environment and use a variety of tools and techniques to motivate and inspire my clients.
In addition, I support the integration of assistive technology into my practice. I stay current with the latest developments in the field to ensure my clients have access to the most effective tools that support their learning.
When I’m not working directly with clients, I enjoy sharing my knowledge through workshops and professional development sessions, empowering educators and parents to support children’s handwriting and technology use at home and in the classroom.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I love being outdoors with my husband and daughter, which fuels my commitment to promoting a balanced and fulfilling life.
