Biography
Sarah Ko (PhD Education, MSc Occupational Therapy) is a Registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario, Canada. She received her PhD in Education from University of Toronto, Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University, and Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Toronto. She has over 12 years of experience providing handwriting remediation services to school-aged children. Sarah supports students with or without disabilities in letter recognition formation, legibility, fingers dexterity, fine motor skills, and eye-hand coordination. She is trained in the HWT Pre-K through 5th grade curriculum and is a Level 1 Certified Handwriting Specialist. She is also trained in Keyboarding Without Tears, a program that teaches pre-keyboarding and keyboarding skills. She currently provides occupational therapy and handwriting tutoring to clients remotely, in Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and Markham. She provides services in 3 different languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
