Biography
I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2016. I am licensed to practice in the state of Michigan and I am in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
I have worked professionally, mainly with children, in various school settings, from preschool to high school, and in outpatient therapy. I also have experience with adults in outpatient rehabilitation, in long-term care, and in inpatient care. I have completed research that is published in the American Journal of Occupational Therapy (1). I am an active member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
My pediatric experience includes providing evaluations, interventions, and outcomes for neurodiverse children and children who have been diagnosed with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, genetic disorders, visual impairments, and physical impairments.
